What is Awaken Your Freedom?

It’s a combination of ecstatic/conscious and elemental flow dance inspired by the elements of nature. We tap away the negative emotions and infuse positive feelings through Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), breath-work, energy healing and guided journeys.

This is a free-moving dance and a mindful practice which encourages self-expression and self-discovery. You don’t need to be a dancer or a yogi, simply take off your shoes, let go of fears and judgments… be happy and free!

Sacred Cacao Ceremony & Mystery School Teachings
Our Organic Ceremonial Cacao comes from the sacred lands of Mama Cacao in Peru. Cacao is an elixir of love and joy, a heart-opening medicine that connects us with the Divine and each other.
We prepare our cacao with ritual and reverence, shredding it manually on a heart-shaped wooden board, cooking it with vegan milk over fire, and smudging it for a full elemental blessing. Infused with other sacred herbs, teas, and secret ingredients, this ceremonial drink guides us to release, receive, and heal.
Alongside this sacred ritual, we integrate Mystery School Teachings, diving into the wisdom of the ancients, cosmic consciousness, and the divine feminine and masculine principles.
Cacao Amor opens our hearts and souls—allowing us to align, transform, and embrace the love within. 🌿💫

Connection Circle & Art Therapy
We come together in a sacred space to share, listen, and connect from the heart. Through art therapy, we express our emotions, insights, and spiritual revelations, channeling our inner wisdom into creative form. This is a space for deep transformation, self-expression, and unity.

Drumming is ancient medicine—it unites our rhythms, aligns our vibrations, and brings us into the pulse of Oneness. In our sacred circle, we drum, sing, rattle, clap, and express ourselves freely.
As we surrender to the beat, something magical happens—we sync into one harmonious rhythm, creating powerful vibrations of joy, healing, and connection.
