Thank you Giada for helping me during my pregnancy journey. Giada I will remind you who you are. I had a pretty difficult pregnancy and birth. Not physically but emotionally it was quite tough and caused me anxiety and stress. Giada helped me with a lot of different tools such as NLP, Positive Psychology, EFT, Kinesiology and Hypnotherapy. EFT helped me to calm me down in difficult situations. I am forever thankful to Giada for guiding me through one of the toughest time of my life. Now I am blessed to have a healthy baby.

I was on my 9th month of pregnancy when I did a hypnospiritual birth meditation with Giada and I felt very held by her presence. I felt she has a very natural and authentic approach which opened up my heart to receiving her offering.

Her presence assisted me in keeping my deep faith and trust in my body. I had my water break yet I still wasn’t contracting. Having her genuine care, love and support was very nurturing.

Her compassion really shines through. I will be forever grateful for that moment and the time she gave me. I could feel she had faith in my body and it’s natural process.

Hi Everyone, I would like to give a personal review to the most amazing woman I know. Thank you for being part of my pregnancy and journey. I highly recommend Giada, she’s been amazingly supportive throughout mypregnancy journey with using EFT, NLP and other techniques to ease my pregnancy and blockages that I unconsciously put around myself for protection. From day one Giada has assisted me from the small details to thehuge generosity of her big heart. I highly recommend her, her service, manner, time efficiency and overall quality and general care is above and beyond.

I did a hypnosis session to stop smoking with Giada in November 2019. Before the session I listen to the pre-session audio carefully, and I remember I was very worried if I could do it. I smoked for the last 20 years having probably one pack in 2 days. Giada was very well prepared and talked to me in a very professional way. I followed her instructions and I felt safe and I had a feeling that my body opened and trusted her. After the session, I had a party at home the next day. I had a feeling I wanted to smoke, and I took a cigarette from my friend but I couldn’t smoke as I started to feel disgusted and not nice. So the first week was very challenging to me, as I was very angry with myself, with lots of aggression to express and anger coming up very easily. But I didn’t buy cigarettes and did everything Giada advised me. I listen to the audio, I did breathing exercises, remembering that I am a non-smoker and will breathe fresh air till the end of my life. Also, Giada was very supportive as she spoke with me every week and asked me how I feel and how things are going for me. Since November 2019 till now March 2022 I did not smoke any cigarettes, and I feel very healthy and good.

Thank you Giada for your professionalism and help me to quit. Your help was a gift to me, you gave me an amazing opportunity to breathe again healthy and have a normal life without poisoning myself.

You made me feel very comfortable from the moment I walked in. I felt like I could open myself and share my thoughts and feelings with you. Giada is an amazing, insightful, and empathic practitioner. I was at ease with her and able to talk. She was very supportive and gentle with me which was helpful to coax me to speak my mind uncensored. The process of
integration she did with me was surprising and opened many new doors for me. The tapping we did was very helpful with letting go. We did thymus tapping on the second session to release stress and anxiety. Giada told me how to do
neuro-vascular points on the scalp, sent me notes for me to do it when I want to relax. The rebirthing breathing gave such an amazing release and I was so comfortable to do it with Giada. I am very grateful for it.

I have been getting coaching and healing sessions from Giada for the past few years, both face-to-face and online in timeline therapy, creative visualisation work, NLP and kinesiology sessions. She’s really multi-faceted in her range of healing modalities and I like that she adds her own flavour to it. I thought it would be hard to get the same impact from her sessions whilst being online versus in person, but actually I benefited so much from them as she delivered them really well. I have been able to feel the positive effects of her healing therapies and gain lots of insights into where I have become blocked. I really like her gentle approach and her encouragement throughout my sessions, too.

It has been a bit over a month since I started my meetings with Giada, and I did not know what to expect, because I have never done those types of alternative therapies before. I started so I could learn a bit more about NLP, tapping, kinesiology and inner child work.

It makes a HUGE difference when you speak about yourself and what may be bothering you OUT LOUD. Giada helped me understand what my thoughts were, recognising emotions, where they might have been coming from (triggers) and once you know all of that, you can (slowly) shift into a change.

Honestly, it was a great wave we’ve been riding together, and she is super understanding, caring, and attentive to all the details and she did fight hard to squeeze meanings and feelings out of me. I feel like I am a new me, so thank you, my dear! I am really grateful for all your hard work and compromise throughout these last weeks. If you’re looking for a different way to approach and work your troubles out, or even if wanting to get to know yourself more, it’s a great idea to start with her. There is a lot more to ourselves than you think!
